NiUG AP Connect and Learn Series

Join NiUG Asia Pacific for a Connect and Learn session. The Connect and Learn series are an opportunity for iMIS users to expand their knowledge and network with other users.
The series covers a variety of topics throughout the year. All sessions are AU$20 for NiUG AP members, and AU$50 for non-members.

This Connect and Learn session is about Event Management in RISE, hosted by Leo Papageorgiou from Pseudo Code. It will include breakfast.

Outline of session	This Connect and Learn Session walks you through using Staff Site to manage events in iMIS 2017. It will examine the differences between event management in Desktop vs Staff Site and demonstrate which option you should use for which Event scenario. Finally, the session will focus on best practice event setup and complicated Events and conferences setup.
About the presenter	Prior to co-founding Pseudo Code, Leo completed his double degree in Computer Science and Communications Engineering and then joined ASI where he was a valued member of the Consulting team for 9 years. In that time Leo worked with a large number of associations, charities and regulatory bodies, using his deep knowledge in process and technology to help deliver successful business solutions. Leo is a business analyst with a technical focus. Some of his skills include: gathering technical requirements, writing data conversion scripts, reporting, RiSE, database and iPart development, user training, business automation using taskcentre/process automation and iMIS upgrades among other things. Most recently Leo has been working on performance improvement roadmaps, which helps clients analyse how they are using their system and make recommendations on improving their processes and getting the most out of iMIS.
