NiUG AP Connect and Learn Series

Join NiUG Asia Pacific for a Connect and Learn session. The Connect and Learn series are an opportunity for iMIS users to expand their knowledge and network with other users.
The series covers a variety of topics throughout the year. All sessions are AU$20 for NiUG AP members, and AU$50 for non-members.

This Connect and Learn session is in Sydney with Conrad Henley-Calvert, MACS CT. It will include breakfast.

Outline of session	Changes, adjustments, cancellations, refunds, mistakes: all these happen daily at your organisation. This session will cover the most common challenges you will experience and will have time for the specific questions you might have about those troubling transactions you need to fix. You will receive a handout to take away. The session is applicable to those on iMIS 15 and 20, and is primarily focused on iMIS Desktop.
About the presenter	Conrad has six years’ experience managing iMIS in a national association, and over eight years as a consultant. His focus is on project management, requirements analysis, system configuration, user training and support, and he gets excited about problem solving. You are most likely to hear him say, “You can do that yourself.”Outside work he is a church treasurer and MYOB user.
