Outline of session	With more information at your fingertips than ever before how are you harnessing this information and leveraging the power of iMIS to personalise the Member Journey. Through engagement scoring, Process Automation Plus, personalisation, targeted content, pricing rules and more let’s explore how you can take your members’ experience to the next level.
About the presenter	Michelle is an experienced solutions consultant and association expert working with Australia’s leading associations.  With over 15 years experience working with associations and charities, Michelle founded Causeis to provide the sector with specialised consulting. Today Michelle and the Causeis team work with over 30 associations across the real-estate, trade, financial, medical and other sectors to help them improve their internal operations, membership databases, member life-cycle strategies, website experiences and data analytics with the goal of improving the member experience and organisational performance.  Michelle is also a founding member and former Chair of NiUG Asia Pacific. She has been volunteering with NiUG for the last 12 years.
