Cancellations & Refund Policy

Connect and Learn sessions
Registrations for all events close fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement date unless sold out. A full refund will be provided where written notification (by email or fax) is received by NiUG Asia Pacific at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event. No refund available for cancellations within fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

2019 Discovery Conference
A full refund (less $165 administration charge) will be paid if notification of cancellation (in writing via email) is received by Friday 09th August 2019.

Notification in writing from the 10^th–31^st August, 2019 will result in a refund of 50 per cent of the registration fee.

There will be no refund of the registration fee from  1^st September, 2019.

Membership
There are no refunds for cancellation of membership during the course of a membership year.
