NiUG Asia Pacific Terms and Conditions

Membership of NiUG Asia Pacific

Membership of NiUG Asia Pacific is due and payable annually on the date specified on your invoice. Payments for membership are non-refundable. If membership has not been renewed within 30 days of the invoice date, NiUG Asia Pacific reserves the right to cancel the membership benefits provided to an unfinancial member.

Annual Discovery Conference

A full refund will be provided where written notification (by email) is received by NiUG Asia Pacific at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual Discovery Conference start date. No refund is available for cancellations within fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual Discovery Conference start date. Annual Discovery Conference registrations are transferrable where written notification (by email) is received by NiUG Asia Pacific at least two (2) days prior to the Annual Discovery Conference start date.

If for unforeseen circumstances NiUG Asia Pacific is required to cancel the Annual Discovery Conference, a credit will be provided to the attendee to register for the rescheduled Annual Discovery Conference. Alternatively, a full refund for the registration paid will issued to the attendee.

Webinars and other Training Activities

Cancellation by the registrant for Webinars and other Training Activities made earlier than 14 days prior to Webinars and other Training Activities commencement will be provided a full refund.

Cancellation of Webinars and other Training Activities due to a technical failure of equipment or loss of training facilities provided by NiUG Asia Pacific the registrant will be provided a full refund.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

NiUG Asia Pacific will occasionally update this cancellation policy.
